The annual PAC 12+3 Arts and Sciences Deans Conference brings together arts and sciences deans, associate deans, and other senior-level administrators from the PAC 12 as well as dean colleagues from Alaska, Hawaii and British Columbia. The conference aims to explore areas/issues of common concern and discuss best practices for effective college administration.

The 2024 Conference is hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
