Burke Museum conducts cultural burn on Burke Meadow to promote spring growth, emphasize importance of Indigenous practices

A group of 50 students, faculty, and staff attended a “cultural burn” at the Burke Museum on Dec. 9, implementing Indigenous practices to support the health of the Burke Meadow, located outside of the museum.
