Graduate Education

A seminar course developed by and for graduate students aims to improve scientists' ability to explain their research to the public. Now participants will use their newfound skills as they speak at an upcoming public lecture series. 

The swimming pool in Hutchinson Hall is gone, but new Drama Design Program facilities built directly over the pool are making a splash of their own, with studios, classrooms, and other spaces. 

Two students from the Master of Communication in Digital Media Program spent a fortnight at sea, joining scientists on a research mission and capturing their activities through photographs and video.

At the Speech and Hearing Clinic's Communication Camp, children work on their communication skills with the assistance of graduate students, who gain valuable clinical experience. 

Through the School of Drama's Adopt an Actor program, donors are paired with an actor entering his or her final year of the Professional Actor Training Program.

Graduate students in the Dance Program and DXARTS collaborated on works presented in a recent concert.
